Ingredients:•2 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 leek•1/4 cup of walnuts•1/3 cup of Italian parsley•1/3 cup of feta•Tomato paste•Black pepper•1/2 tsp sugar•ThymeRecipe:•Boil water.•Cut the lower part of the leek into strips.•Blanche in the boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.•Mix feta, parsley, walnuts and olive oil.•Place the leek strips. Ingredients:•5 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 cup of flour•6.75 fl oz sparkling water•1/2 cauliflower•Salt•1 tbsp pepper sauce•1 tbsp hot chili sauce•4 tbsp yoghurt•1 tsp dried mintRecipe:•Preheat oven to 450 F.•In a large bowl, mix sparkling water, flour and salt.
