Ingredients:•2 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 leek•1/4 cup of walnuts•1/3 cup of Italian parsley•1/3 cup of feta•Tomato paste•Black pepper•1/2 tsp sugar•ThymeRecipe:•Boil water.•Cut the lower part of the leek into strips.•Blanche in the boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.•Mix feta, parsley, walnuts and olive oil.•Place the leek strips. Ingredients:•1/2 cup PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1/3 cup pistachio•4 cups basil•1/2 tsp salt•1/2 cup parmesan•Zest of 1/2 lemon•Juice of 1/2 lemon•3 garlic•1/2 lb pastaRecipe:•Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil to pot of boiled water.
