Who can say no to a delicious, healthy, heart warming soup? 😍 If your kids do not like cauliflower, then try that recipe! They will love it! 🫠 MOM'S CAULIFLOWER SOUP Ingredients:•4 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1/2 head of cauliflower•1 medium potato•1 red onion•Salt•Black pepper•1 1/2 cup chicken brothRecipe:•Preheat oven to 400 F.•Add the cauliflower, potato, onion, olive oil, salt and black pepper to a baking dish.•Cover the baking dish with baking sheet and aluminum foil.•Bake 30-35 minutes.•Heat chicken broth in a pot.•Add other ingredients.•Blend with blender until smooth.BON APPETTIT! 👌🏼
Spicy Cauliflower Shots

Ingredients:•5 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 cup of flour•6.75 fl oz sparkling water•1/2 cauliflower•Salt•1 tbsp pepper sauce•1 tbsp hot chili sauce•4 tbsp yoghurt•1 tsp dried mintRecipe:•Preheat oven to 450 F.•In a large bowl, mix sparkling water, flour and salt. Add sliced cauliflowers.•Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet.•Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.•Bake until lightly browned.•In a bowl, combine pepper sauce, hot chili sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil.•Brush the sauce mixture on the cauliflower bites.•Bake 10-15 more minutes.•As a dipping sauce, mix yoghurt, dried mint and 1 tbsp PURA olea extra virgin olive oil.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 Watch the video at: https://www.instagram.com/p/CkjJzVLLYy9/
