Who can say no to a delicious, healthy, heart warming soup? đ If your kids do not like cauliflower, then try that recipe! They will love it! 𫠠MOM'S CAULIFLOWER SOUP Ingredients:â˘4 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oilâ˘1/2 head of cauliflowerâ˘1 medium potatoâ˘1 red onionâ˘Saltâ˘Black pepperâ˘1 1/2 cup chicken brothRecipe:â˘Preheat oven to 400 F.â˘Add the cauliflower, potato, onion, olive oil, salt and black pepper to a baking dish.â˘Cover the baking dish with baking sheet and aluminum foil.â˘Bake 30-35 minutes.â˘Heat chicken broth in a pot.â˘Add other ingredients.â˘Blend with blender until smooth.BON APPETTIT! đđź

Ingredients:â˘5 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oilâ˘1 cup of flourâ˘6.75 fl oz sparkling waterâ˘1/2 cauliflowerâ˘Saltâ˘1 tbsp pepper sauceâ˘1 tbsp hot chili sauceâ˘4 tbsp yoghurtâ˘1 tsp dried mintRecipe:â˘Preheat oven to 450 F.â˘In a large bowl, mix sparkling water, flour and salt. Add sliced cauliflowers.â˘Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet.â˘Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.â˘Bake until lightly browned.â˘In a bowl, combine pepper sauce, hot chili sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil.â˘Brush the sauce mixture on the cauliflower bites.â˘Bake 10-15 more minutes.â˘As a dipping sauce, mix yoghurt, dried mint and 1 tbsp PURA olea extra virgin olive oil.BON APPETIT! đđź Watch the video at: https://www.instagram.com/p/CkjJzVLLYy9/
