•4 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•Juice of 1/2 orange
•1/2 tsp sugar
•3 tbsp yoghurt
•Slice chop the zucchini and onion.
•Add oil to the pan.
•Cook onion until golden.
•Add zucchini slices and cook 6-7 more minutes.
•Add orange juice and sesame.
•Combine yoghurt and olive oil.
•Take the yoghurt to serving plate.
•Add zucchini mixture to top of yoghurt.
•Drizzle with olive oil and Italian parsley.
