Why we do not mix olive oils?
Just like wine and grapes, every orchard carries a slightly different flavor palette driven by many variables such as altitude, sun exposure, or soil. Our boutique scale lets us bottle our organic olive oil without mixing, so we don't need to deliver anything but pure, unfiltered, unprocessed olive oil online and offline.
Why cold-press?
Although heat-treated olives produce quite a lot more oil per pound, it also exchanges quantity for quality. Holding our extraction temperatures at 71F, we make sure each bottle features the goodness of nature, is gently extracted, and never treated. Without giving a second thought! Zucchini Tzatziki

Ingredients:•4 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•2 zucchini•Juice of 1/2 orange•1 onion•1/2 tsp sugar•Sesame•3 tbsp yoghurt•Italian parsleyRecipe:•Slice chop the zucchini and onion.•Add oil to the pan.•Cook onion until golden.•Add zucchini slices and cook 6-7 more minutes.•Add orange juice and sesame.•Combine yoghurt and olive oil.•Take the yoghurt to serving plate.•Add zucchini mixture to top of yoghurt.•Drizzle with olive oil and Italian parsley.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 To watch the video of the recipe, please follow the link below: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm92rf6JZb1/

Ingredients:•2 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 leek•1/4 cup of walnuts•1/3 cup of Italian parsley•1/3 cup of feta•Tomato paste•Black pepper•1/2 tsp sugar•ThymeRecipe:•Boil water.•Cut the lower part of the leek into strips.•Blanche in the boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.•Mix feta, parsley, walnuts and olive oil.•Place the leek strips. Ingredients:•1 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 pita•1 cup of basil•2 tbsp labneh•1/4 cup of walnut•1 cup of dill•1 red bell pepperRecipe:•Cut pita into 4 pieces.•Insert a stick into the bottom of each pita pieces.•Mix labneh, olive oil, basil and walnuts by processor.•Spread the mixture over the top of pita slices.•Garnish each pita pieces with bell pepper or dill creating your own Christmas tree.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼
