Ingredients:
•3 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•1 medium sliced cucumber
•Pinch of salt
•1/2 tsp of lemon zest
•2 tbsp lemon juice
•1 tbsp labneh cheese
•1 cup of chopped parsley
•1 slice of bread
•1 tsp black cumin

Recipe:
•In a bowl, combine cucumber slices,1 tbsp olive oil, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
•In another bowl, mix labneh, parsley, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
•Toast your slice of bread until golden.
•Spread labneh mix on bread slice.
•Add cucumber slices and black cumin.
•Drizzle with olive oil.
