Spicy Cauliflower Shots

Ingredients:•5 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 cup of flour•6.75 fl oz sparkling water•1/2 cauliflower•Salt•1 tbsp pepper sauce•1 tbsp hot chili sauce•4 tbsp yoghurt•1 tsp dried mintRecipe:•Preheat oven to 450 F.•In a large bowl, mix sparkling water, flour and salt. Add sliced cauliflowers.•Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet.•Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.•Bake until lightly browned.•In a bowl, combine pepper sauce, hot chili sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil.•Brush the sauce mixture on the cauliflower bites.•Bake 10-15 more minutes.•As a dipping sauce, mix yoghurt, dried mint and 1 tbsp PURA olea extra virgin olive oil.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 Watch the video at: https://www.instagram.com/p/CkjJzVLLYy9/
Zucchini Rolls

Ingredients:•2 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•2 large zucchini, trimmed•Feta cheese•Parsley•2 tbsp tomato paste•Salt•MozzarellaRecipe:•Preheat oven to 425 F.•Slice zucchini lengthwise.•Toss the slices of zucchini, oil and salt.•Bake slices on a grill until tender.•Mix parsley and feta cheese.•Place feta mix near to bottom of a strip of zucchini.•Roll it up.•Put tomato paste on the layer of baking dish.•Place zucchini rolls to baking dish.•Add mozzarella to top of zucchini rolls.•Bake 10-15 minutes.BON APPETTIT! 👌🏼 Watch the video from: https://www.instagram.com/p/CgchhMPrlot/
Eggplant Pizza

Ingredients:•6 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•2 eggplants•Tomato paste•1/2 tsp honey•Mozzarella•Tomatoes•Olives•Salt•Red chilli flakes•ThymeRecipe:•Preheat oven to 450 F.•Slice eggplants into rounds.
