Pesto Fusilli

Ingredients:
•1/2 cup PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•1/3 cup pistachio
•4 cups basil
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 cup parmesan
•Zest of 1/2 lemon
•Juice of 1/2 lemon
•3 garlic
•1/2 lb pasta
Recipe:
•Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil to pot of boiled water. Cook pasta.
•Add pistachio, olive oil, basil, salt, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest to a food processor and blend
•Mix pasta and pesto sauce.
•Drizzle with PURA olea extra virgin organic olive oil.
