Why Bake with Kernza® Flour?
Kernza® is a revolutionary perennial grain that’s changing the way we think about baking. Its deep root system helps restore soil health and reduce carbon emissions — meaning your cookies can actually help the planet. The flour has a slightly nutty, toasty flavor that makes it perfect for cookies, muffins, and breads.
Baking with Kernza isn’t just delicious — it’s an act of sustainability.
