Gluten-Free Fit Pastry

Ingredients:
•1/4 cup PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•2 cups boiled chickpeas
•1 cup gluten free oatmeal
•1 tsp baking powder
•2 eggs and 1 egg white
•Scallions
•Walnuts
•Mozzarella
•Feta
•Salt
•1 tsp black cumin
•1 tsp thyme
•1/2 tsp red pepper powder
•1 egg yolk
Recipe:
•Preheat oven to 400 F.
•Add olive oil, chickpeas, oatmeal, 2 eggs and egg white, baking powder to a food processor and blend.
•Place this mix to bowl.
•Add scallions, walnuts, feta, mozzarella, black cumin, thyme and red pepper powder.
•Combine all ingredients.
•Shape to the mix on a baking tray by spoons.
•Spread egg yolk.
•Add walnuts.
•Bake 20-25 min.
