Ingredients:•1/4 cup PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•2 cups boiled chickpeas•1 cup gluten free oatmeal•1 tsp baking powder•2 eggs and 1 egg white•Scallions•Walnuts•Mozzarella•Feta•Salt•1 tsp black cumin•1 tsp thyme•1/2 tsp red pepper powder•1 egg yolkRecipe:•Preheat oven to 400 F.•Add olive oil, chickpeas, oatmeal, 2 eggs and egg white, baking powder to a food processor and blend.•Place this mix to bowl.•Add scallions, walnuts, feta, mozzarella, black cumin, thyme and red pepper powder.•Combine all ingredients.•Shape to the mix on a baking tray by spoons.•Spread egg yolk.•Add walnuts.•Bake 20-25 min.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 Watch the video at: https://www.instagram.com/p/Ch2ki8ppBq3/
