Ingredients:
•6 oz PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•2 oz orange juice
•3 eggs
•Zest of 1 orange
•5 oz sugar
•6 oz all purpose flour
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•3 tbsp labneh
•2 tbsp orange juice
•1 tsp honey

Recipe:
•Preheat oven to 350 F.
•In a bowl, mix PURA olea extra virgin organic olive oil and orange juice.
•In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and zest of orange.
•Mix flour and baking powder.
•Add 1/3 of flour mixture to egg mix and add 1/3 of oil mixture and whisk until look homogeneous.
•Then, add the other 1/3 of dry ingredients and add the other 1/3 of oil mix.
•Add the rest of all ingredients and whisk until looks smooth.
•Bake 20 to 30 min.

•For top layer of the cake in a bowl, whisk labneh, orange juice and honey.
•Spread the labneh mixture on the top of the cake.
