Smashed Brussels Sprout Shots
Ingredients:•PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•Brussel sprouts•Salt•Black pepper•3 tbsp yogurt•1 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1/2 tsp thyme•1/2 tsp turmericRecipe:•Preheat the oven to 400 F.•Add brussel sprouts to a pot with boiled water.•Add brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and smash.•Drizzle with olive oil, salt and black pepper.•Bake 15 to 20 minutes.•In a small bowl, mix yogurt, salt, thyme, olive oil, turmeric.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 To watch the video, please follow the link below: https://www.instagram.com/p/CnxbFNEJHuq/

Ingredients:•4 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•2 zucchini•Juice of 1/2 orange•1 onion•1/2 tsp sugar•Sesame•3 tbsp yoghurt•Italian parsleyRecipe:•Slice chop the zucchini and onion.•Add oil to the pan.•Cook onion until golden.•Add zucchini slices and cook 6-7 more minutes.•Add orange juice and sesame.•Combine yoghurt and olive oil.•Take the yoghurt to serving plate.•Add zucchini mixture to top of yoghurt.•Drizzle with olive oil and Italian parsley.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼 To watch the video of the recipe, please follow the link below: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm92rf6JZb1/
Ingredients:•2 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 leek•1/4 cup of walnuts•1/3 cup of Italian parsley•1/3 cup of feta•Tomato paste•Black pepper•1/2 tsp sugar•ThymeRecipe:•Boil water.•Cut the lower part of the leek into strips.•Blanche in the boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.•Mix feta, parsley, walnuts and olive oil.•Place the leek strips. Christmas Tree Appetizer
Ingredients:•1 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 pita•1 cup of basil•2 tbsp labneh•1/4 cup of walnut•1 cup of dill•1 red bell pepperRecipe:•Cut pita into 4 pieces.•Insert a stick into the bottom of each pita pieces.•Mix labneh, olive oil, basil and walnuts by processor.•Spread the mixture over the top of pita slices.•Garnish each pita pieces with bell pepper or dill creating your own Christmas tree.BON APPETIT! 👌🏼
