Ingredients:
•3 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil
•0.6 lb pumpkin piece
•2 celery sticks
•1 onion
•2 carrots
•Salt
•Black pepper
•Red chilli flakes or powder
•1 liter chicken stock

Recipe:
•Preheat oven to 425 F.
•Slice pumpkin, onion, celery sticks and carrots.
•Place baking sheet on a baking tray.
•Add pumpkin, onion, celery stick and carrot slices.
•Drizzle with PURA olea extra virgin organic olive oil.
•Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder.
•Bake 20-25 min.
•Add all vegetables to the pot.
•Add chicken stock and blend all the ingredients.
