
Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

1 cup lettuce, chopped
2 cups roasted cauliflower
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons PURA Olea Organic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Transfer lettuce and roasted cauliflower into a serving plate. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper in a separate bowl and pour onto lettuce and cauliflower.
