Ingredients:•1/3 cup PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•1.5 cup flour•1/2 cup milk•1 tsp baking powder•Salt•1/3 cup fresh onion•1/3 cup mozzarella•Red chilli powderRecipe:•Preheat oven to 450 F.•In a large bowl, whisk 1/3 cup olive oil, flour, milk, baking powder and salt.•Lightly dust the surface with a little flour. Add fresh onion and mozzarella. Ingredients:•5 tbsp PURA olea organic extra virgin olive oil•Cocktail tomatoes•1 tsp salt•Black pepper•1 slice of bread•1/2 ripe avocado•1 tbsp cream cheese•6 oz feta•1 tbsp honey•Zest of 1/4 lemon•2 tbsp lemon juiceRecipe:•Preheat oven to 350 F.•Add tomatoes, olive oil, salt and black pepper on cooking tray.
